Candice-King

Candice King is an American actress who rose to the ranks of fame by in the role of Caroline Forbes in the super popular CW series The Vampire Diaries. Even though Candice gained fame as an actress, she made her mark as a musician. In 2009, she debuted her debut album 'It's Always the Children's Songs' in the United States. Twelve of the 14 tracks that make up the album were penned by her. Also, she helped further her acting career, guest-starring on TV shows like How I Met Your Mother. While she was able to sustain a stable professional career, her biggest break did not come until The Vampire Diaries. The show almost immediately made the name of her character a household one. Candice King's dazzling performance and acting was praised. She reprised her role for eight seasons of the series, which ran more than 171 hours. In addition, she played her recurring role on The spin-off show The Originals in 2018 and Legacies in 2021.
